Trialeco: a multi-agent clinical research system

One architecture for protocol work, recruitment, communication, site status, orchestration and quality, while decisions remain with the investigator.

6specialist modules
5+connected roles
3+language environments
01

The problem

Clinical-research roles work on the same process through fragmented documents, email, spreadsheets and systems, where a context error is costly.

02

Why the old process was costly

Manual context transfer creates duplicate entry, delays and unclear ownership; a generic chatbot does not understand each role’s operating rules.

03

What NPNT built

NPNT assembled a product architecture of six specialist modules and defined roles, automation boundaries, synthetic demonstrations and the human-in-the-loop control path.

04

Timeline

The time from initial brief to public prototype is not claimed. A pilot separately fixes one process, accountable roles, integrations and a calendar plan.

05

How the result is measured

Each module gets its own criteria: extraction completeness, correctly routed tasks, processing time, manual returns and expert acceptance.

A bounded first stage

Describe the problem—we will outline the architecture of the first step

An initial assessment does not require medical records, trade secrets or a data dump. Process context and the intended outcome are enough.

What to include in the first message
  1. 01The process, product or audience that needs to change
  2. 02The data or materials already available
  3. 03Who owns the decision and which criterion will define success
What happens next

Our first reply will clarify the process, available data, accountable specialist and success criterion. We will then propose a bounded first stage with an indicative timeline and budget.
