AI for medicine and biotech—with traceable knowledge and human responsibility

We build medical and research AI systems that help find, explain and structure information without replacing clinicians, researchers or accountable decisions.

NPNT operating model

One governed workflow—not a universal ‘AI doctor’

We begin with a specific question, an authorised source and a clear escalation point. This makes usefulness, quality and safety testable before any access to real medical data.

01 · Workflow

From a business problem to a verifiable result

Prices are indicative and exclude model usage, cloud and third-party infrastructure. Medical use requires a separate legal, information-security and professional assessment.

  1. 01

    Scenario

Define the user, question, error risk and required human action.

  2. 02

    Knowledge

Assemble an approved, versioned and cited knowledge base with update rules.

  3. 03

    Shadow pilot

Test on synthetic, open or authorised data without autonomous decisions.

  4. 04

    Control

Measure citations, escalations, errors, clarity and the usefulness of the next step.

02 · Deliverables

What we can build

03 · What the estimate covers

Scope, data and deployment determine the investment

After a short brief, NPNT proposes a first-stage architecture, a budget range and a result criterion. A detailed public tariff is intentionally avoided because integrations and responsibilities differ.

04 · Operations

Deployment and support

Deployment in a Russian or agreed protected environment, with version, quality, access and change control.

Base environment

Availability monitoring, knowledge updates and a monthly report.

Project environment

Integration and quality-log support with up to three improvement cycles per month.

Critical environment

Extended monitoring, a response procedure and regular quality control.

A bounded first stage

Describe the problem—we will outline the architecture of the first step

An initial assessment does not require medical records, trade secrets or a data dump. Process context and the intended outcome are enough.

What to include in the first message
  1. 01The process, product or audience that needs to change
  2. 02The data or materials already available
  3. 03Who owns the decision and which criterion will define success
What happens next

Our first reply will clarify the process, available data, accountable specialist and success criterion. We will then propose a bounded first stage with an indicative timeline and budget.
