An interactive comprehensive geriatric assessment questionnaire has been created with AI support for navigation and explanation of functional domains. Experts will review scales, question order, result clarity and boundaries. It is a professional-tool prototype: it does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or replace a clinician-led assessment.
